Consultant Orthodontist
Dr Yaser is a Canadian Orthodontist of Syrian descent who has lived in the UK, Canada and United Arab Emirates. Fluent in arabic and english.
He qualified as a Dentist from the University of Sharjah (UAE) and went on to obtain membership in General Dentistry as well as a MSc in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.
Dr. Yaser obtained his Master in Orthodontics from London,UK and has the membership in Orthodontics from Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh (voted as the best European dental school and second best in the world according to 2018 rankings). He pursued his passion and skill in Orthodontics and worked at the largest NHS teaching hospital in central London, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals and accomplished membership at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Orthodontics. With an increased knowledge and experience in Orthodontics, came a wish to teach and Dr Yaser has been fortunate enough to provide this to Dentists in UK and United Arab Emirates
Dr Yaser is committed to providing the most beautiful smiles and is an expert in delivering individually tailored, holistic care. He has had a varied and rewarding career and is able to provide all forms of conventional Orthodontics as well as latest cutting edge techniques. This includes: mini-implants, Damon, 2D appliance, aligner technology (Invisalign) and invisible braces (“WIN” Lingual Appliance). He is also trained in more complex Orthodontics which require surgical and restorative procedures.
Dr Yaser is an active member of the European Society of Orthodontics and the British Society of Orthodontics where he is able to exchange ideas and his enthusiasm for research with his peers. Outside of Dentistry, Dr Yaser enjoys travelling and keeping fit.
